Lewis Aquatech does not assume any responsibility against freeze damage if the pool is not winterized prior to the first freeze of the season and/or
water level is not maintained at the proper level to prevent damage to tile, autocover box etc.

SATURDAY CLOSINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL $200.00 CHARGE.

Should you not receive a confirmation from us by email or phone 2 weeks prior to requested closing date, please contact the office. We may have not received your closing request form.

SUNDAY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR CLOSINGS

Basic Pool Closing Includes the Following Services:

1. Clean Pool of Debris (max. of 1/2 hour)
2. Lower Water Level
3. Blow out lines with Compressed Air and seal with customer's plugs
4. Winterize all pool equipment (pump, heater, filter, auto fill, etc.)
5. Up to 10lbs of shock
6. Winterize skimmers
7. Add antifreeze
8. Blow off Deck
9. Guarantee against freeze damage to the lines and equipment
10. Zone charges may apply if clients are more than 25 miles from our Chantilly office. Please contact the office for details.

* Water must be balanced prior to closing *

Additional Labor Cost - $120.00 per 1/2 hour.

Winter Watch Program

TIRED OF REMOVING YOUR COVER IN THE SPRING AND SEEING A GREEN POOL OR MISSING TILES?
You know how much it costs for time, extra chemicals and repairs!? YOU CAN PREVENT THAT! Sign up for our winter watch program which includes one visit per month for $215.00 + $18 surcharge per month. This includes draining water down from rain and snow, which is normally charged at $375.00.

*MAKE SURE THE WATER LEVEL STAYS BELOW THE TILE. CALL US IF WE HAVE LOTS OF RAIN OR SNOW FOR WATER LEVEL TO BE LOWERED. THE COST IS $400.00 PLUS CHEMICALS IF NOT ON WINTER WATCH PROGRAM.
