DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

This cruise is operated by Olivia Cruises and Resorts. 1. Pay in 60 days Pay your initial deposit of $250 per person (for our Cruises, Resorts and Tours) or $500 per person (for Riverboats, Adventures and Selected Cruises and Resorts) and then pay the remainder of your balance in 60 days. There’s no service charge for this option. Please note: Your balance must be paid in full 60 days before your trip, so this option is not available if your trip is within 60 days. 2. Four Equal Payments Spread total equally over four consecutive months (first installment at booking). No additional service charge. Please note: Your balance must be paid in full 60 days before your trip, so this option might not be available if your trip is within 6 months of booking. 3. Monthly Payments After your initial deposit of $250 per person (for our Cruises, Resorts and Tours) or $500 per person (for Riverboats, Adventures and Selected* Cruises and Resorts), you will pay monthly installments. The amount of your monthly payment will depend on how far in the future your trip is; for example, if it’s 12 months away, you’ll have 10 payments. Your trip must be paid off 60 days before the trip departs. The payment plan fee is $10 per person per month. There is no penalty for paying your trip off early.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES per person - Olivia Cruises and Resorts

For reservations on Ultimate Escapes, these cancellation fees apply: * 270 days or more prior to commencing travel: $750 per person (initial deposit) * 210-269 days prior to commencing travel: 25% of total trip cost * 150-209 days prior to commencing travel: 50% of total trip cost * 120-149 days prior to commencing travel: 75% of total trip cost * 0-119 days prior to commencing travel: 100% of total trip cost (no refund) For reservations on All other cruises, resorts and tours, these cancellation fees apply: * 270 days or more prior to commencing travel: $250 per person (initial deposit) * 180-269 days prior to commencing travel: $500 * 90-179 days prior to commencing travel: 50% of total trip cost * 60-89 days prior to commencing travel: 75% of total trip cost * 0-59 days prior to commencing travel: 100% of total trip cost (no refund) Please note that Olivia vacations cannot be re-sold and are not transferable.

* Please note that Happy Travel charges a $50 UDD fee per passenger on any cancellation made.

$75 per person is charged for a name change. One name can be changed one time. If the Primary Name on a reservation (which is the person financially responsible for the reservation) is to be changed, a transfer document must be filled out by both the Primary Name holder and the Person to whom the primary responsibility is being transferred. You MUST notify Happy Gay Travel in writing at least 30 days prior to departure. Please note that any changes to your flights must be dealt with the airline and varies from carrier to carrier.
