DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

A deposit must accompany this reservation in order to confirm your tour. Full payment is due on date stated in tours reservation terms. 5% payment card processing fees may apply.
Min. initial deposit of $400 per person at time of reservation; second deposit equal to 20% of the base tour cost per person due 120 days prior to trip; final balance due 60 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES per person

If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned, minus a cancellation fee as follows (computed as of the date of our receipt of written cancellation notice):
• Minimum cancellation fee: $100
• Cancellation 90-46 days prior to departure: 35% of land cost
• Cancellation 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of land cost

* Please note that Happy Travel charges a 50 EUR fee per passenger on any cancellation made.

Subsequent to initial reservation, any revision will incur a 50 EUR change fee per person for each revision, for each country if made 90 days prior, plus any charges imposed by outside suppliers including but not limited to air carriers. You MUST notify Happy Gay Travel in writing. Please note that any changes to your flights must be dealt with the airline and varies from carrier to carrier.
