DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

Deposit is required to reserve a space for you. Check your Invoice for final payment date. If we do not receive final payment by final payment date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES per person - TropOut

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via e-mail. Please allow up to 45 days for your refund to be processed.
Cancellation Fee:
1. 110 days or more prior to TropOut commencing - 30% of TropOut Package price
2. 60 -110 days prior to TropOut commencing - 60% of TropOut Package price
3. 0-60 days prior to TropOut commencing - 100% of TropOut Package price (no refund provided)

It will be possible to substitute passenger names up until 21 days prior to the date of travel for a nominal fee of $100 per name change.

* Please note that Happy Travel charges a $50 USD fee per passenger on any cancellation made.

A cancellation/transfer fee is charged by Happy Travel, Ltd. in the amount of $50 USD per passenger.
