DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

A deposit must accompany this reservation in order to confirm your tour. Full payment is due on date stated in tours reservation terms. If you are paying by credit card, your card will be charged automatically on the days specified. Payment card processing fees may apply.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES per person

* Please note that Happy Travel charges a 50 EUR fee per passenger on any cancellation made.

Subsequent to initial reservation, any revision will incur a 50 EUR change fee per person for each revision, for each country if made 60 days prior, plus any charges imposed by outside suppliers including but not limited to air carriers. You MUST notify Happy Gay Travel in writing. Please note that any changes to your flights must be dealt with the airline and varies from carrier to carrier.
