DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

A deposit of 600, (or 750 EUR for Dubrovnik, and Deluxe cruise) per passenger must accompany this reservation in order to confirm your cabin. A second deposit and full payment is due dates specified. If you are paying by credit card, your card will be charged on the days specified.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES per person

Up to 90 days prior to departure: EUR 500.00 p.p.*
61 to 89 days prior to departure: 25% of Cost.*
31 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of Cost.*
59 days or less prior to departure: 100% of cost.*
Instant Purchase Packages. From date of purchase: 100% of tour cost.*

* Please note that Happy Travel charges a EUR 50 fee per passenger on any cancellation made.

Any change to an existing reservation requires full cancellation and rebooking and will be subject to full cancellation fees. The cost of any changes or additions after departure will be at the local rate at the time of the amendment and must be borne by the passenger. Please note that any changes to your flights must be dealt with the airline and varies from carrier to carrier.
