DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

This tour is operated by Brand G Vacations. Deposit is required for us to reserve a space for you. Final payment for the tour is due 120 days prior to departure. If we do not receive final payment by this date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Payment in full is required at the time of booking for reservations made less than 120 days before departure date.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES per person - Brand G Vacations

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via e-mail. Deposits are non-refundable. Please allow up to 45 days for your refund to be processed. A change of trip date or destination will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. Refunds of final payments will be honored as follows: 1. 180 - 151 days before departure - USD 50 2. 150- 121 days before departure - USD 100 3. 120 - 91 days before departure - USD 200 4. 90 - 61 days before departure - 35% of program price 4. 60 days, or less before departure - 100% of program price. Name changes are subject to a $25 fee at any time until sixty days before your scheduled departure. From sixty days to ten days before departure name changes are subject to a $150 fee plus any applicable shipping and handling fees. Name changes less than ten days before departure are not guaranteed and will be subject to the applicable fees from suppliers.

* Please note that Happy Travel charges a $50 USD fee per passenger on any cancellation made.
