A delegate of a Non-Member company has to apply for a membership fee amounting to EUR 880, that entitles to access all sessions and lunches on Monday and Tuesday, Welcome Cocktail and Conference Dinner.
Additional benefit: A yearly membership allows all employees of a company to participate in all GSE activities throughout the year. See benefits under http://www.gse.org/about-gse/joinus/#benefits.

The fee of one accompanying guest is waived and allows to attend the Welcome Cocktail and Conference Dinner. An acccompanying Guest is not entitled to attend the conference.

HOTEL RESERVATION |
Rooms at The Westin Grand Berlin are available at GSE congress rates. To benefit from these rates, please book on-line through the GSE room reservation site as soon as possible, but not later than 28 March. After that date, rooms at congress rates cannot be guaranteed and booking will depend on availability.
Please also read the reservation, payment and cancellation policy of the hotel as in the booking form. The hotel will charge 90% of the booked rooms for the whole stay in case of no-shows or late cancellations (less than 14 days prior to arrival!)
The Hotel reservation site is closed and the group rate is no longer available.

SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION |
Substitution:
Substitutions must be confirmed in writing, identifying the name of the pre-registered delegate and of the substitute.
Cancellation of enrolment or no-show:
If you need to cancel your enrolment, please inform GUIDE SHARE EUROPE (gsehq@gse.org) immediately. An administration fee of EUR 200 will be charged for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event and EUR 400 for no-shows.
Cancellation of hotel reservation:
If you have to cancel your hotel reservation, please ensure that you inform the hotel directly. GSE declines any responsibilities for cost that are charged by the hotel for no-show or late room cancellations.
